Selam Negusse, MD, received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 and then earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University graduating with High Honors in 2006. She completed her
Family Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City and performed her Radiation Oncology Residency at Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City where she was the Chief Resident from 2007 to 2009.
Dr. Negusse is a member of ASTRO, Radiation Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society, Kappa Si Pharmaceutical Professional Fraternity, American Medical Association and Oklahoma Pharmacist Association. She has received training under Eclipse treatment planning, IMRT, SBRT using Gamma knife and Brain lab. Nucleotron HDR, Prostate Brachytherapy, Mammosite, Xoft, Zevalin, and Bexxar. She is a licensed physician in the State of Oklahoma and Licensed Pharmacist in both Oklahoma and Texas.
Dr. Negusse is experienced working in multicultural environments and has a profound conviction in ethical conduct. She has effective communication skills and is proficient in three languages. Her strong pharmacology background compounded with her extensive training in Radiation Oncology makes Dr. Negusse a highly recommended physician.
